Him... in monochrome. I'm still working on the couple version but I love how the lighting came out.

Not my usual style but I have a series in mind so it begins with "Her". I've always loved black & white so rendering monochrome is not really a stretch for me, I'm just really happy with the way this turned out. Sorry for the excessive watermarking but I'm seeing so much theft these days. People are actually masking out elements of images they find online to "create" nft's. One youtube tutorial on nft's actually suggested just grabbing what they want off of google images. This render took hours for the original. Rendered in Daz Studio, Iray.

I was in the mood for a scifi (shocker, I know) simple image in green. I used an older character that I haven't used in a long time (but I absolutely love despite the mesh being somewhat out of date). The scene is a mixture of scifi elements thrown together and mainly I was practicing using illuminated primitives to light a scene (Hence the background green glow beyond the fan). I definitely did some post work in Photoshop though. My next project is an attempt to render in monochrome without buying a set of lights. Had I seen the youtube tutorial on ghost lights I never would have bought the ghost light set from Daz. Kicking myself there.
Winter is coming back.... apparently. It's getting colder and we may have another low snow level after more than a month of sunny weather. (Please let the dogwoods be blooming!!) Not unusual for spring up here but I always fall for that false spring. I get too comfortable until I end up blindsided with arthritis pain. We just got back from our niece's wedding on the coast and I always end up in pain after too long on the coast. The wedding was beautiful though and I was happy to be trusted with the processional music as well as the first dance music. The wedding party handled the rest of the music but I was happy to fill in where needed. I even got Jim out on the dance floor. :)
